Do my guests need to install anything?
No. Scanning the QR opens the album in their browser. They type their name once and start uploading — no app, no account, no password.
Who can see the photos?
Only you, by default. The album is private to the host; you choose whether to open the gallery to guests or keep it to yourself. Every upload can be held for your approval before it appears anywhere.
How long are the files stored?
It depends on your plan — from 7 days on Free up to a full year on Premium, counted from the day after your event rather than from your purchase. Buy as early as you like; the clock waits. You can download the complete ZIP at any time before retention ends.
What can guests upload?
Photos and videos straight from their camera or gallery, plus recorded voice notes. Files upload in original quality, and large videos survive flaky venue Wi-Fi thanks to resumable uploads.
What happens after the event?
The album stays open so latecomers can still add their shots. When you're ready, download everything as one ZIP — it's yours forever, even after the album expires.

Can I make a seating chart?

Do I have to buy everything?
